Photographer Kosuke Okahara is the 2014 winner for the Pierre & Alexandra Boulat Grant. He was recognized for his 11-year-long project which captures the lives of people who deal with drugs in Columbia. Based in Paris, Okahara's monochrome pictures make brilliant use of the light and dark, winning him global praise.
